I went to this location Sunday December 2nd in the morning. I ordered a BELT with sausage added. The cashier didn't understand that I wanted Bacon & Sausage. She also didn't have enough bills to give me for my change so she gave me a load of toonies and loonies. I waited to my bagel to be done and had to ask for my hashbrown since I got a combo which she didn't realize. I got in the car and opened it up and there was no sausage. I went back and asked for a new one with sausage. I got my new bagel and headed back to my car. I opened it up and then there was sausage but NO egg. I went back, AGAIN. How many times can they get it wrong?! I asked for them just to add the egg in and don't throw it on just place it nicely. She showed me the egg and asked if she can just put it in without cutting it in half even though my bagel was cut in half. Obviously I said no and I told her to cut it in half. I got it back and the server said "I'm sorry I don't know what's wrong with me. Today isn't my day" and took it back to my car. I don't know why she thnks she needs to explain to me why she messed up my order. She shouldn't have said anything. I opened it and everything was in the bagel except it was put together so ugly that the cut of the egg was the opposite way of the way the bagel was cut. The lettuce was all lopsided. The whole thing was ugly. Worst customer service I have ever experienced at Tim Hortons.
I went to this location today (May 3, 2015). Like the comment before me, the cashier didnt understand my order. I told her I wanted bacon and egg on an English muffin and she replied steak and egg. Three times I repeated myself and finally she said yes, thats what I was saying. So I assumed that I was not understanding her accent. I got my order home and guess what... I got steak and egg. Not only that but they didnt put my hash browns in the bag.
I brought everything back and I was pretty angry. They gave me my correct order. I saw I woman inside trying to give the cashier a timmys card, the free coffee card they give you when the screw up, and the cashier pushed her away.
This is not the first time I have had issues with this drive through. Perhaps management might want to re-think their drive through staff.
